Position: Bartender (High-Volume / Weekend Nights)
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Wanderlinger Brewing Company is seeking experienced high-volume bartenders to join our team for busy weekend and late-night service. This role is built for bartenders who can handle fast-paced shifts, stay composed under pressure, and keep service efficient during peak hours and live music events.

If you’re used to working packed bars, moving quickly, and maintaining great guest interaction while managing volume, this is the role.

Responsibilities

High-Volume Service

  • Serve large numbers of guests quickly and accurately during peak hours

  • Maintain speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality or guest experience

  • Manage multiple orders, tabs, and guest interactions simultaneously

Bar Operations

  • Pour and serve beer & make cocktails according to Wanderlinger standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar during service

  • Restock glassware, kegs, and supplies as needed throughout shifts

Guest Experience

  • Provide fast, friendly, and confident service in a high-energy environment

  • Keep lines moving while maintaining positive interactions with guests

  • Handle guest issues calmly and professionally

Compliance & Safety

  • Check IDs and enforce responsible alcohol service

  • Monitor guest behavior and take appropriate action when necessary

Schedule

  • Weekend availability required (Thursday–Sunday)

  • Evening and late-night shifts

  • Must be comfortable working during high-volume service and live music events

Qualifications

  • Previous high-volume bartending experience strongly preferred

  • Experience making cocktails (traditional and specialty)

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

  • Strong multitasking and communication skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Craft beer knowledge is a plus, but speed and execution matter more
