Taco Bar:  $17/head

  • Ground Carne Asada or Shredded Pork (pick 1)

  • Honey Chipotle Shredded Chicken or Shredded Turkey (pick 1)

  • Corn or Flour tortilla street taco – soft or hard

  • Borracho Black or Pinto Beans (pick 1)

  • Salsa (Spicy &/or Mild) & Jalapeno Queso 

  • Taco Toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion)

Middle of the Road:  $22/head

  • Beef or Vegetable Ragout Wonton Cups with ricotta and fresh basil

  • Puff Pastry Wrapped Boudin with Remoulade Sauce

  • Shave herbed turkey breast, brie and blackberry hug compote on bluff view bakery ciabatta bread, pressed and toasted

  • Grilled Seasonal Veggie Platter with chipotle lime aioli and roasted garlic hummus with crostini

Top End:  $30/head

  • Miso Glazed Pork Ribs with peach chutney

  • Smoked Salmon Mousse Stuffed Gruyere Gougers

  • Prime Brisket street taco, with Gowin Valley Farms radish blend and broccoli rabe slaw, local fig BBQ and blue cheese with fired shallot flower

  • Imported Cheese Platter (Danish Bleu Cheese, French Brie, Jarlsberg and Aged Cheddar, Seasonal Fruits, crackers and crostini with relishes and seasoned honey

  • Sautéed Shaved Brussel Sprouts with pickled shallot, pancetta, boiled egg with sour beer vinaigrette

Low Tier $75 platter options

Mid Tier $150 platter options

(Each option below is an individual platter that serves about 20. If you select 2 options cost is $300, 3 options is $450)

  • Beef or Veggie Ragout Wonton cups with cheese, served with variety sauces and herb toppings

  • Gumbo Pasties-seasonal gumbo individual pasty pies with remoulade sauce

  • Mediterranean Assorted Naan Pizzas -fresh whole milk mozz, prosciutto, pancetta, or grilled chicken olive blend, artichoke hearts, sundried tomato pesto or traditional pesto, with balsamic glaze or chutney, figs, feta cheese, parmesan, and side salad

  • Hog in a blanket with beer cheese, whole grain mustard and Stout of Tune Onion Gravy -choice of local sausage from Don's Meat Shop in Hixson - Boudin/Shrimp boudin, bratwurst, seasonal chicken sausage, andouille, wrapped in puff pastry and egg basted for shiny crunchy excellence. served with sautéed peppers and onions 

  • Italian Stallion Hoagie Sliders with assorted cured meats, olive tapenade spread, pickled veggie blend, lemon pepper aioli, arugula, open to vegetarian options as well. Pressed sammy

 

Top Tier $225 platter options

(Each option below is an individual platter that serves about 20. If you select 2 options cost is $450, 3 options is $675)

  • Jumbo Wild caught shrimp skewers with choice of sauce, sweet chili, hoisin miso, voodoo creole or lemon pepper served with rice pilaf

  • Grilled Chicken Wings and crudité platter. Choice of dry rubbed or wet wings. Jerk, Buffalo, Garlic Pepper and sweet Thai chili

  • Gruyere Gougers filled with smoked fish crème, served hot and gooey along side seasonal veg medley or succotash

  • Sticky Glazed Riblets served with crudité platter and choice of sauce: TN sweet BBQ, NC Mustard Sauce, Spicy Texas Vinegar or currywurst

We are also able to offer fully customized menu and adjust for different dietary requirements.

All catering orders require a $100 non-refundable deposit, 20% of catering paid upon menu selection with balance paid 14 days prior to the event. Catering fees of 20%, a service charge (dependent on ordering) and sales tax of 9.25% will be added. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to event.
