CATERING MENU
Looking for a quick and easy food solution for your event? We have you covered. Choose from one of our simplified menu options below. We have both platter and priced per person options available as well as the ability to completely customize a catered menu to your taste.
Platter Options: Each platter has about 20 servings of that one item and is priced below. To have just a snack assume 1-2 servings per guest, heavy hors d’oeuvres 2-4, a meal 4-6.

- Hog in a blanket with beer cheese, whole grain mustard and Stout of Tune Onion Gravy -choice of local sausage from Don's Meat Shop in Hixson - Boudin/Shrimp boudin, bratwurst, seasonal chicken sausage, andouille, wrapped in puff pastry and egg basted for shiny crunchy excellence. served with sautéed peppers and onions

We are also able to offer fully customized menu and adjust for different dietary requirements.
Catering Terms & Payment
All catering orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. An additional 20% payment is due upon final menu selection, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event.
A 20% catering fee, applicable service charge (based on order and service requirements), and applicable sales tax will be added to the final invoice.
