Position: Taproom Support / Expo
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Job Type: Part-Time (Weekend Position)

Wanderlinger Brewing Company is looking for a dependable, high-energy team member to support both our kitchen and taproom operations. This role is a weekend-focused support position working Friday through Sunday, helping ensure smooth service during our busiest hours.

This is a multi-role position responsible for keeping service flowing by assisting the kitchen, bar staff, and front-of-house team.

If you enjoy fast-paced environments, take pride in staying organized, and like being part of a collaborative team, this role is a great entry point into the craft beer and hospitality industry.

Schedule

  • Required availability: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

  • Shifts will Friday 4-8pm, Saturday 2-8pm, Sunday 3-7pm

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Expo / Food Running

  • Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and front-of-house staff

  • Ensure plates are accurate, complete, and properly presented

  • Run food to guests promptly and professionally

  • Communicate with kitchen staff regarding order timing and issues

Bar Back Support

  • Restock glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies

  • Assist bartenders with kegs, cleaning, and maintaining bar flow

  • Keep bar areas organized and stocked throughout service

Bussing / Guest Area Support

  • Clear and reset tables quickly during service

  • Maintain cleanliness in the taproom and patio areas

  • Assist guests when needed and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere

Dishwashing

  • Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and glassware

  • Maintain dish station cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Comfortable performing physical tasks (standing, lifting, moving racks of dishes, etc.)

  • Positive attitude and reliability are essential

  • Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred but not required
